The whole team at here English Woods works really hard to make sure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. It's one of our top priorities.
Orders placed on-line before midday are usually dispatched the same day with UPS Standard Next Day service. This means you will usually receive your parcel 2 days later.
Sometimes orders take a little while to process. After all, we're dealing with a natural material, not a standardised, 'off the shelf' product. In these circumstances your order will usually be dispatched the following day on a UPS Standard Next Day service.
International orders are dispatched within 1 working day, with FedEx or UPS and usually take between 3-8 days to arrive depending on destination.
Any import duty or taxes are the responsibility of the customer not English Woods
We ship orders across the world and do so almost every day. If you're not in the UK, just place your order in the basket and continue through the checkout process. If we ship to your country, the cost will be displayed automatically.
We are currently not able to fulfill EU orders from our own website. this is due to new taxation regulations as a result of Brexit. However, you will find most of our most popular products on eBay and Etsy and it is possible to order there and get it delivered to any EU country. We are working on a solution and hope rectify the situation soon. Subscribe to our website by completing the 'Subscribe and save 10%' form on the home page for updates.
We love to see where our parcels go and keep a map in the office with a pin in every country where we have customers.
We always do our very best to ensure you get exactly what you’ve ordered. If there is a problem and you're not satisfied with your order, please get in touch and let us know why. We will sort it out with either a replacement or a refund.
If you've just changed your mind and want to return your order, that’s fine. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to do so at your expense. The goods must be complete, unused and in good resalable condition. We will then issue a refund via the original payment method used.
