African Blackwood Pen Blanks Packs

African Blackwood is a remarkable timber and is well worth trying if you haven't worked with it before. It is extremely heavy and often completely black, with little or no discernible grain and is considered to be among the hardest and most dense woods in the world.
 
The pale yellow sapwood of African Blackwood provides a striking visual contrast. Select from the drop down menu whether you would like blanks with or without sapwood. 
 
The wood for all our pen blanks is carefully selected for it's quality to make sure you receive only good, workable blanks with no waste. They are larger and longer than most which means you have plenty of wood to achieve the design you are working on.
