Yew Spindles
English Yew 'square' blanks for wood turning or carving. The bright orange/brown heart wood and pale yellow sap wood of Yew forms a highly attractive combination and is highly prized. It's grain structure is often varied and interesting making it a real favourite for woodturning. These spindles may contain both heart and sapwood and occassional knots.
