Holm Oak Woodturning Log Blanks

Holm Oak (Quercus Ilex) is a mighty evergreen broadleaf tree, native to the Mediterranean and now commonly found in Britain. It's timber has pronounced dark rays, giving it a striking, almost stripey appearance.   
 
These freshly sawn logs give you the chance to experiment with this characterful timber. They have been cut from a windblown tree in a garden in Totnes. 
 
Please note - these logs are green and unseasoned.
